The Art of Receiving

It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see.

The Art of Receiving is such an important part of the creative process. Every act of engaging our senses is a reception of some form or other. The sensory world informs all the matrixs that make up our experience, when we open to sight, sounds, tastes and touch, new information comes in and our creativity can be sparked awakened and activated to new levels.

I believe we all have the capacity to connect deeply with our creativity thru the art of "Conscious Receptivity".

What we awaken with in ourselves we awaken in the world.

Humans have created tremendous works of art & architecture, fashion, cinema, music etc, all from our deep longing to express, and make sense from the complex world of sensation we experience.

We all have the opportunity to create, beauty, meaning and value.

When these creations are sourced from deep listening, and the art of Receptivity, we forge a path of Creative Co listening with creation, this builds bridges to our future generations.

Creativity is seeing what everyone else has seen, and thinking what no one else has thought.
